Rolawn was formed in 1975 in Scotland as a specialist supplier to the professional sports turf market. The company moved to Elvington in the Vale of York, where the excellent sandy soils, good drainage, wide open spaces and excellent transport links are ideal for growing turf and now has almost 4000 acres of turf in production within a 25 mile radius of our Head Office at Elvington.
Our product range has steadily extended and now includes Blended Loam topsoil, Landscaping and Play Grade Bark, Lawn Topdressing and Lawn Seed and Fertiliser.
Rolawn is the only UK turf and topsoil supplier with a nationwide network of depots and stockists to ensure convenient all year availability. Fresh turf is transported daily to Rolawn’s depots throughout the UK, as far as Southampton and Edinburgh.
